Sunee Whalen, 65, long time resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Sunee was born in Bangkok, Thailand on May 5, 1943 and moved to the United States in her early twenties. She is survived by her husband of 28 years Robert; daughter, Irene F. Berry; five sisters and one brother. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. A memorial service will be held at French Mortuary, Westside Chapel, at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2009.
