Christopher "Chris" Michael Giron, age 35, passed away suddenly on December 13, 2008. His loving and caring wife Tanya, daughters Rita, Faith, and Katelynn survive Chris. His parents, Randy and Kathy Giron; and brother Brian; grandmothers, Kate Garcia and Andrea Giron also survive him. His many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends also survive Chris, along with a special cousin who was more like a brother to him, Rick Giron II. His grandfathers, Pilar Giron and Frank Garcia, precede Chris in death. Chris is a former member of "La Familia" Car Club, who took pride in the many first place finishes. He also was a sports fanatic who loved the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Lakers, and Dallas Cowboys. Above all, he was a devoted husband and father whose pride and joy were his daughters. Although he is gone from this earth, he will live in our hearts forever. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m., followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 22, 2008 at St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 1502 Sara Road in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
