Joseph M. Jaramillo, a lifetime resident of Albuquerque, born March 30, 1970, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, December 8, 2008. He was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Michael Gonzales. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Irene Jaramillo; his daughter, Rhonda; sons, Martin and Jeffrey; grandsons, Jacob, Jonathan, and Joshua Lucero; his father Joe and wife, Sally Jaramillo; mother, Joyce Jaramillo; father-in-law, Elieto Gonzales and mother-in-law, Evangeline Varney; brothers, Adrian, Mario, and Mark; sisters, Annette, Bertha, Nina, and Amanda; nephews, Frankie and Ray Ray; and niece Jessica; and other family and friends who loved him and will miss him. Joe was a kind and gentle man, always supportive and thinking of others. He loved being surrounded by loved ones. He loved to make everyone around him laugh and have a good time. He was a wonderful son, husband, father, and grandfather. Services will be held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 12500 Carmel Ave. NE, on Wednesday, December 17, 2008. A Viewing will begin at 12:00 p.m. A Rosary will be recited at 12:30 p.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith, NE. Pallbearers will be Martin Gurule, Jeffrey Salas, Frankie Gonzales, Ray Ray Tahod, Adrian Gonzales, Manuel Gonzales, Mark Kelcourse, and Edwin Jaramillo.
