Matthew Allen Rodeman, age 38, went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2008. Matt was born in Albuquerque on September 10, 1970. He is the beloved son of Lyn Rodeman of Sun Lakes, Arizona and Ronald Rodeman and wife, Anita Vaughn, of Albuquerque. He is survived by his sisters, Dana Fotieo and Cori Sullivan; his brothers-in-law, Greg Fotieo and Patrick Sullivan. He leaves behind five nephews and nieces all of Albuquerque: Kirsten and Ryan Fotieo; Jack, Ben, and Emma Sullivan. Matt graduated from La Cueva High School in 1988. He received his undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University in Mechanical Engineering in 1993. He went to graduate school at Oklahoma State University, and received his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Portland State University while working at Intel. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed. A celebration of Matt's life is planned for Friday, December 5 at 2:00 pm. It will be held in the chapel of the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd NE (corner of Wyoming and Paseo Del Norte).
