Mary "Trinie" Wyatt, 86, of Cochiti Pueblo, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2008 at the Santa Fe Indian Hospital following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Wyatt in September of 2005; her parents, Francisco and Gregorita Chavez; and brothers, Vivian, Lawrence, and Amarante "Jiggs" Chavez. Trinie is survived by her two brothers, Vidal Chavez of Santa Fe, and Gerald (Opal) Chavez of Cochiti Pueblo. Also surviving are nieces and nephews, Mariano (Marie) Chavez, Irene Herrera, Georgia Roybal, Eddie Chavez, all of Santa Fe, Maria Chavez of Cochiti Pueblo; cousins, Isabel Montoya of Washington state, Margaret Arquero, Senaida Pecos, and special cousin, Vivian Chavez, all of Cochiti Pueblo; and special friends Peter and Betty Meyer. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2008 at her Cochiti Pueblo home at 141 Turquoise Street, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Monday evening. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church on the Cochiti Pueblo, with Burial to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. Pallbearers include Mariano Chavez, Mario Chavez, James Herrera, J.J. Herrera, Efren Herrera, and Peter Meyer. Arrangements under the direction of Santa Fe Funeral Options, 417 E.
