| Kimberly M. Franks passed away on November 17, 2008. She is survived by a son, Kendell A. Franks; mother, Cynthia Saavedra; sister, Dawn Terry; and brother, Michael I. Franks. She also leaves behind an enormous amount of family and friends who will miss her dearly.
