Jean C. Cheshier, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2008. Jean was born February 25, 1924 to Antonio and Concepcion Gonzales in Pecos, NM where she grew up and graduated from Pecos High School. She was a devoted member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and was a volunteer with the Saint Vincent DePaul and the Sacred Heart Alter societies. Jean was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Bernie Montoya and Louise Olguin; and her son William (Bill) Cheshier. Jean is survived by her beloved children Elizabeth Fortney, Sandra Burke, Rosemary Cheshier and Anthony Cheshier; her five grandchildren; and her five great-grandchildren; her sister Sophia Hodges; her brother Ray Gonzales; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Jean will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
