Shirley Rudy, 79, passed away on November 12, 2008. She was born June 9, 1929, in Rawlins, WY to Margaret and Henry Freeberg. Shirley is survived by her of husband of 57 years, Clifford Rudy; son, Dr. Delbert Rudy and his wife Stephanie, of Fort Worth, TX; two grandsons, Colin Rudy, of Fort Worth, TX and Mason Rudy of Malibu, CA. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one daughter, Kristine Rudy. Shirley and Clifford moved to Albuquerque in 1952. She was a past Queen of the Daughter's of Nile-Yucca Temple, and Director of Volunteers for 15 years at Carrie Tingley Hospital. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, November 17, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Wyoming Chapel. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution in Shirley's honor may be sent to Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation.
