Nancy Mize, 65, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, November 6, 2008. She is survived by her spouse, Jimmy Mize, of Albuquerque; stepchildren, Kim Werntz and husband Joe, Kelly McDonald and husband Ed, Jeff Mize, Jennifer Keck and husband John, Laura Mize and Thomas Stock, and Amy Mize and Paul all of Albuquerque; 12 step grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren; brother, Michael and Carol (Boggis) of Gorham, ME, sister, Heather (Hamilton) and Doug Ebert of Cardington, OH, brother, Tim and Penny (Townsend) of Ithaca, NY, brother, Eric and Jennifer (Dexter) Hamilton of Cortland, NY; nieces, Jessica Ebert of Kent, OH, Olivia Hamilton of Cortland, NY, and step niece, Elizabeth Schuck of Buffalo, NY. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Ellen Hamilton of Ithaca, NY. Nancy received a Bachelor, then a Masters in Anthropology from UNM and discovered her passion for teaching at the local community college. A Private Memorial will be held by the friends and family.
