Kenneth A. Lee, 82, passed away in Cape Girardeau, MO, on November 6, 2008 at the Lutheran Home Assisted Living East. He was born in Clarita, OK, son of Denzel Luther and Ophelia Winchester Lee on March 30, 1926. Retired Air Force Major Lee was raised in Dexter, NM. He traveled the world with the Air Force and was proud to serve his country. He served in the Asia Pacific theater of WWII, and was deployed to Korea, and Vietnam. He is survived by his sons, Kenneth Lee Jr., Terry Lee, his wife Trudy Lee of Cape Girardeau, MO, Bryan Lee, his wife Kelly Hardison of Albuquerque, NM, Gilbert Lee, his wife Tony Lee of Flora, IL, brother Hansel Lee, his wife Vera Bell Lee of Los Angeles, CA, sister Lessie Lee of Dallas, TX, and six grandchildren. He was a lifelong Republican and after the election...it was time to go. No services are scheduled.
