Matthew J. Gutierrez. On October 9, 2008 Matthew J. Gutierrez "Matt", age 18, committed his soul into his Savior's loving care. Born September 4, 1990, his brief stay on this earth was filled with the love of his family and friends. He loved life, animals, travel and freedom. Matt is survived by his parents, Gary and Elaine Gutierrez; his sisters, Anita Blea and husband Cecilio, Stefanie Montano and husband Sean, Lyanne Gutierrez and fiance Joe; brothers, Jared Gutierrez and wife Jolene and Steve Jaramillo. Matt is also survived by his grandmother, Emma Montoya, and grandparents Bob and Brigida Bradley; numerous aunts, uncles, nephews, and nieces, as well as other family members and friends whom he loved and treasured. A Memorial Service will be held at New Beginnings Church of God, 3601 Montgomery Blvd NE. (Montgomery and Carlisle NE.) in Albuquerque, on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., with Pastor Richard Mansfield Officiating. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW.
