Lucy Vallejos, 83, born August 13, 1925, Grants, NM, went with the Lord, on Saturday, October 4, 2008. Survived by her ten children Edwina Vigil and husband Edward of Valinda, CA, Diana Martinez and husband Mike of Fresno, CA, Martha Garcia of Fresno, CA, Pauline Hunick of Albuquerque, NM, Paul Gonzales and Christine of Milan, NM, Barbara Lopez and husband Steve of Milan, NM, Anita Arellano and Steve of Albuquerque, NM, Patricia Perez and husband Mike of Corona, CA, Suzanne Trujillo-Bergey of Albuquerque, Tim Trujillo and Rachael of Los Lunas, NM; her brother Arthur Vallejos; sisters: Georgia, Mary and Dora. Lucy was also the grandmother of 26 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was blessed to be surrounded by family who loved her very much, and will be deeply missed. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., at Daniels Family Funeral Service, Wyoming chapel. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2008, 9:00 a.m., at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 1800 Martha NE, Albuquerque. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Honorary pall bearers: Vincent Vigil and Michael Romero. Pall bearers: Lawrence Garcia, Jacob Lopez, Daniel Chavez, Dillon Gonzales, Joseph Gonzales, and Joseph Martinez.
