Shirley E. Andrews, a long time resident of Albuquerque passed away October 3, 2008. She was born in Oregon, MO on November 8, 1927 to Fred and Maudine Carson. After graduating high school and teaching school for one year, she married William W. Andrews. They moved to Albuquerque in 1947 to start a family and purchased Devines Trailer Sales, which eventually became Andrews Mobile Homes. She was a homemaker, home health care aide, avid Lobo fan and loved working in her garden. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Nancy Gabbert; brother, Larry Carson; and husband of 45 years, William W. Andrews. She is survived by children, Steve Andrews, Debbie and husband Jack Harlow, Terri and husband Don Hanosh, brother Robert Carson and wife Betty; grandchildren Amber and husband Larry Merritt, Tya Schoppe, Dr. Eli Hanosh, Ashley and Lindsay Hanosh, great-grandchildren Trevor Biggs, Callie Justus, Rileigh Merritt; and numerous nieces and nephews. A private Ceremony for the immediate family will be held at the Santa Fe National Cemetery where she will be interred with her husband.
