Flora G. Perez, 92, a resident of Albuquerque passed away October 2, 2008. Mrs. Perez is survived by her two children, Deacon Frank E. Perez and wife, Marian, Lucille Garcia and husband, Cipriano (Danny); grandchildren, Frank III, Heather, Denise and husband, Andrew, Darleine and husband, Andy, Christine and husband, Mike, Steve F.; eight great-grandchildren; many other extended family members and friends. Mrs. Perez was preceded in death by her husband, Frank M. Perez; her son, Fidel J. A. Perez; and her thirteen brothers and sisters. Mrs. Perez was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Sunday, October 5, 2008, in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 4:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Monday, October 6, 2008, at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW, from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m., with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Father Joel Garner, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Deacon Frank Perez, Jr., Cipriano (Danny) Garcia, Frank Perez III, Chester Chavez, Andy Barboa, Andrew Leyba, Robert Griego and Abel Garcia. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael, Danielle, Adrienne, D'Andra, and Henry Pacheco. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
