Loyd M. Williams, 93, of Moriarty, NM passed away on September 25, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM with his loving family beside him. Loyd was born on August 4, 1915 to John Boles and Maggie May (Cullers) Williams in Moriarty, NM. Loyd married Johnny Lee Pierce on December 26, 1935 in Albuquerque, NM. Loyd was preceded in death by his parents; wife Johnny Lee; grandson, Jeff McNabb; brothers, Roy Williams; Joe Williams; and sister, Dorothy Winn. He is survived by sons, Larry Williams of Moriarty, NM; Gary Williams and wife Vickie of Moriarty, NM; daughters, Mona Jo Harris and husband Joe of Moriarty, NM; Sandra Jean Rosenbaum and husband Larry of Aztec, NM; Linda May Fischer and husband Jim of Moriarty, NM; Debbie Lynn Williams of Edgewood, NM; brother, Dan Williams; sister, Virginia O'Neil; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at the Moriarty Civic Center in Moriarty, NM at 1:00 p.m. Loyd's grandson Glenn Rosenbaum will be officiating. Interment will follow at the Mountain View Cemetery in Moriarty, NM. Pallbearers will be Glenn Rosenbaum, Jim Fischer, John Fischer, Rick McNabb, Mark Williams and Chris Fischer.
