Janice L. Baczek, 54, daughter, niece, sister, aunt, Beloved wife, Mother of two, and friend to so many, died July 9, 2008 after a long and hard fought battle with cancer. Janice is preceded in death by her father, John F. Carmody Sr.; and grandmother, Dorthea Carmody. Janice is survived by her husband of 18 years, Mark Baczek; daughter, Erin and son, Sean; her mother, Carol Carmody; her aunt, Joyce Carmody Allen; her brothers, Joe Carmody and wife Robin, Jerry Carmody and wife Susan, John F. Carmody III and wife Pam, Jeff Carmody and wife Kelly, her mother-in-law Helen Baczek; in-laws Colleen McNamara and husband Gill, Frank Baczek and wife Thane, Greg Baczek, Nancy Baczek, Anthony Baczek and wife Charlene, Joanna Baczek Frumkin and husband Paul, Mary Baczek Reith and husband John; and many nieces and nephews.
