Robert Nick Rubio,66, a resident of Albuquerque NM, went to be with the Lord on August 19th, 2008. He was born on October 7th, 1941 in Las Vegas NM. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Dolores; sons Bobby, Ray, Ishmael, and Timothy; daughter, Anjelica; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Linda and Cora; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by daughter, Ashley and son, Matthew. He worked for many years as a local barber at Sportsmans Barber Shop. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Visitation will be Monday, August 25, 2008 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo NE. Pastor Danny Sanchez will be officiating the services, interment will follow after the services. The Pallbearers will be Eloy Garcia, Joseph Serna, Isaac Serna, Violet Sandoval, Juanita Chavez, and Aaron Grimes. A Memorial Fund has been set at Bank of Albuquerque.
