Ecel Jean Forrester, 84, a resident of Albuquerque since 1954, died Monday, July 21, 2008. She is survived by her son, John Forrester and wife Dixie of Parker, CO and Lahaina, HI; daughter, Trudee Lang and husband Mike of Albuquerque; three grandchildren, Jean Harrison, Bryan Forrester, and Janessa Lang; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Forrester in 1982; and a son, Steve Forrester in 1993. Jean was a retired teacher who taught many years from a one room school house to a university. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2008, 5:00 p.m., at French Mortuary - Lomas Chapel, 10500 Lomas NE.
