Elsa Luz Mantilla de Rivera born on June 27, 1943 passed away on July 31, 2008. She is survived by her children Norman Rivera, Sandra Eugenia Rivera, Ana R. Gonzales, Gabrielo Salais, Rocio Rivera and Maria del Carmen Rivera. A Rosary will be held on Saturday August 2, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. and a Mass is to follow at 3:00 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 820 Broadway Blvd. A visitation will be held at 4:00 p.m. at Palm Chapel 110 Coal Ave. SE. Interment will be at Fairview Memorial Park at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 3, 2008.
