Obituary for FRISBIE

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Sunday July 27, 2008

Aimee Frisbie, gone too soon. Aimee loved people, horses, and dogs and in no particular order. She possessed a unique sense of humor and a willingness to help anyone who needed it. Aimee was born in Salt Lake City in October of 1973, she moved to the Denver area and then to Albuquerque in her childhood years. Aimee was a graduate of Cibola High School. She attended college at Adams State, in Colorado, the University of Hartford in Connecticut, and UNM in New Mexico. An avid lover of horses, Aimee worked, trained, and rode with various equestrian centers in the North Valley, Corrales, Santa Fe, and California. For the past nine years she has worked at Dan's Boots and Saddles, helping anyone who needed it, making many good friends along the way. Aimee will be missed by her mother, Suzanne Vinnola and husband, Mike of Goodyear, AZ; father, Thomas Frisbie and wife, Becky of Jackson, WY; sister, Jackie Moyers and husband, Craig of Rio Rancho; and her many friends. A Memorial Service is being planned for mid-August in Corrales. In lieu of flowers please send any donations to a "No Kill" animal shelter or rescue group of your choice.
