Anthony Louis Attard, 79, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 19 years, passed away on July 19, 2008. He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 49 years, Lorraine Attard of Rio Rancho; daughter, Nadine Gibson and fiance Michael Kulak of Scottsdale, AZ; and sister, Ann Grippo and husband, Joseph of Bayside, NY. Anthony was a devoted husband and father and a fun loving, good-hearted person who took one day at a time and just enjoyed life. Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, July 26 2008, 10:00 am at Daniels Family Funeral Chapel, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Lane in Rio Rancho with Toni Kleitch and Cici Grant presiding. In recognition of Anthony's devoted service to our nation, TAPS will be played by the United States Army Honor Guard immediately after the Memorial Service. Following the honor guard ceremony a reception will be held in the family room of Daniels Family Funeral Services.
