Published in Outstanding Young Women of America (1966) for "woman's unselfish service to others, charitable activities, community service, professional excellence, business advancement, civic and professional recognition." Mom could always make the best of life, no matter what it had to offer. She was proud of all the accomplishments of her children, Maria Bryant Anaya, Robin Denise Henry; her sons-in-law, Joey R. Anaya, Tim Henry; her grandchildren, Nick and Dan Anaya, Devin Jaramillo, Laurin, Jordyn and Olivia Henry, "Bubby" Salomon Aguilar, Elias McEntire, and of course Kiana Henry (The apple of her eye) her great-granddaughter, that brought her happiness in her last days.
