Felipita Lucero, age 92, beloved mother and grandmother, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, July 18, 2008. She was a resident of Bernalillo, NM, and a member of the Catholic Community. She was preceded in death by her husband Pablo Lucero; two children, Viola Wiggins and Alex Lucero. Felipita is survived by her loving children, Dolores Granados, Bessie Jaramillo and husband Celso, Lucille Trejo and husband Rudy, Mary Duran, Ruth Martinez, Gina Aragon and husand Desi Sr., Emily Velarde and husband Leroy, Elizabeth Duran and her beloved great-grandson, Anthony Duran; 30 grandchildren; 80 great-grandchildren; 36 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended relatives. Felipita will be greatly missed by all. A Rosary will be recited Monday at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Bernalillo, NM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m., also at the Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Dennis Jaramillo, Desi Aragon Jr., Aaron Velarde, Ronnie Chavez, James Cordova, Robert Gutierrez and Tommy Lucero.
