Betty L. Johnson, 63, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on July 7, 2008. Mrs. Johnson is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Michael Johnson Sr.; her children, Kathy Sisneros and Matthew Chavez, Sherise Garcia and husband, Dickie, Judy Ann Baker and husband, Paul, Michael Johnson Jr. and Rachel Bailey; her sisters, Libby Garcia and Jimmy Lucero, Frances Zimmerly and husband, Sonny; her brother, Ralph Garcia; her mother-in-law, Nellie Johnson; her seven grandchildren, April, Monique, Victoria, Dominic, Orlando, Desiree and Vicente; her one great-grandson, Malakai; her special nephew and niece, Richard and Debby Sanchez; special friends, Skip and Staci Chavez and Lynn and Emile Arnaudville; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her parents, Donaciano and Lucy Sisneros and her Godmother, Lena Garcia. Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Catholic Church. Visitation will be Thursday, July 10, 2008, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at St. Therese Little Flower Catholic Church, 4th and Mildred NW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Gabriella Nieto. Final visitation will be Friday at the Church, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Father Javier Gutierrez, presider. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Monique Chavez, Jason Zimmerly, Orlando Reed, Dominic Sisneros, Richard Sanchez, and Vincente Reed.
