George L. Cabbage, age 72, of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully in his home Saturday, May 10, 2008. George was well-known for more than 30 years as an insurance adjuster with General Motors. After retirement from GM, he worked for Crawford and Co. George is survived by Loretta, his wife of 32 years; son, George Cavage, wife Heather and their children; step-children, Susan Rodden and Steven Rodden and wife Maria Luisa; brother Earl "Bud" Monroe and wife Jerri; sister, Margaret "Monie" Cain; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by son, Michael Cabbage. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 17, 2008, at 11:30 a.m., with a reception to follow, both at French Mortuary Westside Chapel.
