Cecilia M. Moya, 98, passed away peacefully in Albuquerque, at the family home, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, May 10, 2008. She was born September 19, 1909, to Ramon and Delfina Quintana, in Durango, CO. Cecilia was a resident of Albuquerque since 1986, but was a longtime resident of New Mexico. She is survived by her daughters, Lucille Suazo and husband Larry, of Albuquerque, and Tillie Cunningham of CA; grandson, Greg Suazo of Albuquerque; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, and cousins. Cecilia is preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis M. in November 2007 and son, Raymond. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rosary will be recited Friday, May 16, 2008, at 1:00 pm, with Mass of Christian burial to follow at 1:30 pm, at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd, NE. Private inurnment will take place at a later date in Santa Fe National Cemetery. The family requests that no flowers to be sent, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cecilia's name to Zia Hospice, 830-2978, or to your favorite charity.
