Victor M., 72, made his transition Thursday, May 8, 2008. Mr. Hernandez was a resident of Albuquerque for 45 years. He served with the U. S. Air Force in the Korean Conflict and retired in 2000 from the Postal Service. Mr. Hernandez was a dedicated father and grandfather and is survived by his four children, Julie and husband, Bob Rogers, Liz and husband, Albert Anaya, Barbara Fishbein, and Victor Hernandez, Jr. and wife, Serena; grandchildren, Vanessa and Robert Rogers, Larry and Robert Benjey, Melissa and Marc Fishbein, and Lorissa, Victoria, Isabel, and Neva Hernandez; and great-granddaughter, Alexes Hernandez; siblings, Santiago Hernandez, Lucy Puckett, and Eloisa Hernandez. Services will be Tuesday, May 13, 2008, 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Service.
