Donald R. Fisher, 52, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past four years and former resident of Craig, CO, passed away after a long battle with Kennedy Disease on Friday, May 2, 2008. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Jean Fisher of Rio Rancho; daughter, Kristen Lucci and husband, David of Westminster, CO; son, Kurtis Fisher of Rio Rancho; and sister, Janey Bretz of Rio Rancho. Mr. Fisher was employed by Wagner Equipment for the last 27 years, most recently as an assistant CSA manager. Although he couldn't golf and enjoy the outdoors like he used to, Donald always was upbeat, had a positive outlook and kept his sense of humor during his illness. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. Cremation has taken place and private Memorial Services will be held.
