William "Bill" Stephen, 69, a Farmington resident since 1985, passed away Monday, April 21, 2008, at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington. Mr. Seifert was born August 30, 1938, in Enid, Oklahoma, the son of Thomas Seifert and Ida Mae (Dascher) Seifert. Bill is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sheila Seifert, of Flora Vista; three daughters, Evette Hager and husband, Michael, of Krum, TX, Rebecca Komposch and husband, Ronald, of Austin, TX, and Victoria Parise and husband, Patrick, of Farmington; four grandchildren, Samantha, Joshua, Autumn, and Madison; two brothers, Thomas Richard Seifert and wife, Evelyn, of Arboles, Colorado and John Douglas Seifert of Las Vegas, New Mexico. Graveside Services will be held today, Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 6917 East Main St. in Farmington with Rev. Steve Carrington officiating. Interment will follow the Service.
