Addisyn Grace Abruzzo, a precious gift from heaven, passed away on Friday April 18, 2008. Addi graced our lives for fourteen wonderful months. Her bright smiles, love for sweet peas, and infectious personality will be missed by all those around her. She was and always will be a bright rainbow in our lives.
