Karen Arnold Truelock, 65, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2008, after a courageous battle with cancer. Karen was born October 20, 1942, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She is survived by her son, Rex Truelock, of Albuquerque; daughter, Janice Schmaltz, of Gallup; son, Rick Truelock, of Campbell TX; sister, Anita Sterchi, of Albuquerque; mother, Amelia Arnold, of Albuquerque; and four grandchildren, Zach, Dylan, Baylee, and Christian Schmaltz of Gallup. Karen is preceded in death by her father, Samuel Arnold. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to the University of New Mexico Cancer Center.
