Orlando R. Garcia, age 85, a resident of Albuquerque since 1947 peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on April 7, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Mary of 61 years; son, Harold; and daughter, Lorraine Sierra and husband, Johnny. He was preceded in death by sons, Ernest Garcia and Fred Garcia. He had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was Owner and Operator of Duke City Glass Co., a family business for many years. He had a love and passion for Lobo Basketball. He was a very devoted husband and a very loving father. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday, April 10, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Edwin Church - 2105 Barcelona Rd. SW. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Sierra, Daniel Sierra, Robert Sierra, Alfred Parra, and Mike Gutierrez.
