Lila Ray Woodruff passed away peacefully in her sleep, on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born in the hills of West Tennessee, Lila was of German, Shawnee and Cherokee ancestry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles and her step-son, Edward. Lila is survived by her three daughters, Patricia, Joan and Bonita; three sons-in-law, Louis, Jesse and Glenn; one grandson Joshua and his wife Patty. Lila was a Registered Nurse, working in hospitals in Albuquerque, Phoenix and Scottsdale, for approximately 40 years. She was a kind and quiet woman who was much loved by her family and friends.
