James William Krueger, 35, a resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, February 29, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Krueger; his children, Austin (9) and Avery (7), his parents Ronald and Bari Krueger; brothers, Ron Krueger and wife, Rena, Steve Krueger and Robert Krueger and wife, Leslie. He is also survived by his father and mother-in-law, Chris and Sandy Garcia; sister-in-law, Trish Krueger; and many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Krueger. James graduated from Manzano High School in 1990 and UNM in 1995 where he received his degree in Education. He was a Physical Education teacher at Alavarado Elementary School. Services will be held March 6, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 201 University Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM with interment following at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made at First Financial Credit Union, 601 Tijeras Ave. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102 or any branch location in James memory for a trust fund for his sons.
