Robert Charles Mueller, age 86, passed away on February 20, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born on October 11, 1921 in Newport, KY to Francis and Anna Mueller. Bob served his country proudly in WWII for the United States Army. He graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. He married Bertha MacDonald in 1949. Worked at Sandia National Labs for 29 years and then retired from Sandia Labs in 1980. Bob is survived by his children; two sons, Stephen C. Mueller of Albuquerque, NM. and Michael R. Mueller and wife, Cynthia of Edgewood, NM; and one daughter, Mary M. Patel of Albuquerque; five grandchildren, Kerani L. Sabo, Kyle N. Patel, Stephen T. Patel, Teresa N. Mueller and Tracey L. Mueller; one great-grandchild, Lauren Claire Sabo; and brother, Stanley Mueller and wife, Sylvia of Cincinnati, OH. Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Bertha, March 7, 2004. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2008, 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4020 Lomas NE with Father Francis Eggert, Celebrant.
