Donald Eugene Lepley,Jr.,57, of Albuquerque passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2008. He was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma on Septemeber 20, 1950 to Donald and Lucille Lepley. After graduating from John Marshall High School, class of 1969, Don earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in 1973 from Oklahoma State University and earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1982. He was admitted to the New Mexico Bar Association in October of the same year, and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in April of 1995. Don will be remembered for his love of the outdoors and was often accompanied by his companion, Winston. His passion for sports was contagious, and he was an unwavering fan of the OSU Cowboys. Go Pokes! He is survived by his wife, Kathi Lewis Lepley; their two daughters, Laura and Audrey; his stepson, Kevin; and his sister, Carol Howe; and step-mother, Mrs. Betty Lepley.
