Obituary for PADILLA

Erminio Padilla, age 60, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother was called to be with the Lord, Sunday, February 10, 2008. He was born in San Juan, NM and was a resident of Albuquerque. He served his country in the United States Army and was a member of the American Legion Post # 69 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Erminio is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Dolores Padilla; his children, Anthony Padilla and wife, Victoria, Michael Padilla, Paul Padilla and wife, Rickette, and Consuelo Baca and husband, Ernie; 12 grandchildren; his brother, Eugene Padilla and wife, Bernadette; and many other family members and friends. Erminio will be greatly missed by his loving family an friends. A Rosary will be recited this evening, Wednesday, February 13, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, February 15, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at San Miguel Church in Rivera, NM. Interment will follow at San Juan Community Cemetery in San Juan, NM. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Garcia, Gabino Baca Jr., Ray Padilla, Dominic Padilla, Matthew Vigil, and Leroy Esquibel.
