Alice Ramona Lucero went home to be with the Lord on February 8, 2008 at the age of 79. She was born in Las Vegas, NM to Patricio and Victoria Lucero. To her aunt and uncle she was known as Raymie. She is survived by her daughter, Gloria A. Lucero; son, Gilbert Lucero; brother-in-law, Willie Archuleta; nephew, Robert Richard Lucero (who was like her own son); along with several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and -nephews; great-great-nieces and -nephews; cousins; and her family in Las Vegas, NM and in the Albuquerque area and surrounding states. She will be missed by all. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2008 between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the Stover Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Final visitations will be held on Thursday, February 14, 2008 between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in the Stover Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment for Alice will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery following the Mass. Pallbearers will be Ralph Archuleta, Kenneth Archuleta Jr., Larry Archuleta Jr., Angelo Archuleta, Shawn Maldonado, and Antone Valenzuela. Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Gallegos, Joseph Archuleta, Frank Archuleta, Placido Maldonado, Angelo Gallegos, and Pete Maldonado.
