Nemecio Astorga, beloved husband, father, grandfather and uncle, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, February 6, 2008. Mr. Astorga is preceded in death by his son, Lorenzo. He is survived by his wife, Martha Astorga; children, Ivan and wife, Julie, Martha and husband, Antonio, Fernando and wife, Ivonne, Marcelino, Ismael and wife, Edelia, Socorro, Lupe, Leticia and husband, Jim, Rosa and husband, Jose, Dora and husband, David, and Jesus and wife, Cecilia. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters and their families, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. Astorga will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited on Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 11, 2008 at Holy Rosary Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lamberto, Venancio, Mauro, Jose Luis, and Lupe Astorga, and Reyes Acosta. Honorary pallbearers will be Daniel, Andres, Fernandito and Ivancito Astorga, Antonio Junior and Nemecio Barraza and Davicito Rodriguez.
