Luis M. Gallegos, 85, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2008. He is preceded in death by his wife, Lucy S. Gallegos. Mr. Gallegos is survived by his sons, Louie Gallegos, Jr, and Stephen Gallegos; daughters, Betty Montes, Irene Olivas, Julia Lucero, Cathy Taylor, Sarah Wise, Helen Zamora, Edna Valdez, and Karen Gallegos; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services on Wyoming Blvd. Burial to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
