Romilda C. Bertram, 85, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Wednesday, January 30, 2008. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on November 26, 1922, the oldest daughter of Henry and Clara Ritter. Mrs. Bertram married Maurice J. Bertram on May 4, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN. She was a member of Our Lady of Annunciation Catholic Church of Albuquerque. Mrs. Bertram is survived by her husband of 50 years, Maurice Bertram; daughters, Mary Bujnowski and husband, Stan of Houston, TX, and Marcella Griego and her husband, Steve of Edgewood, NM; son, James Bertram and his wife, Kerry of Albuquerque; grandchildren, Alena, Alex, Leah, Allie, Aaron, Sara, Mikayla, Joey, Ben and Mathias; sisters, Theresa Starks, Dorothy Neuman, Mary Weingardt, and Helen Ritter; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her only brother, Joseph Ritter. A Memorial Rosary will be recited on Monday, February 4, 2008, 6:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, 8:30 a.m., at Our Lady of Annunciation Catholic Church, 2621 Vermont NE.
