Maria Dolores Duran Ortega, born December 15, 1925, matriarch of one of the founding families of Albuquerque, Duran Ortega, lifelong resident, author, historian, volunteer, passed away January 12, 2008. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 17, 2008 at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Arrangements by: Salazar & Sons Mortuary 400 Third St. SW 247-4124
