Betty Mae Gabaldon, beloved and beautiful wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 5, 2008 with her family by her side. Betty was born January 2, 1938. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Telesfor "Gabby" Gabaldon; her four daughters, Kay and husband, Carl Wasson, Bonnie and husband, Demmy Edwell, Anita and preceding husband, Tom Bills, and Joyce and husband, David Griego. She had six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four sisters, Andrea, Dorothy, Josie, and Frances; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. Betty will live in the hearts and memories of those lives she touched by her kind and gentle spirit. She will be deeply missed by all. A Rosary for Mrs. Gabaldon will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2008 also at Holy Family Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Demmy Edwell, Carl Wasson, David Griego, Teles Edwell, Aaron Bills, and Bobby Gabaldon.
