Mr. Catarino H. Woods Jr., 76, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on January 3, 2008. Mr. Woods is survived by his wife of fifty five years, Carmen Woods; children, Christina Wolfel and husband, Richard Sr., Ben Woods and wife, Debra, Cynthia Anaya; sister, Reyna Trujillo; eleven grandchildren, Bernadette, Jason, Rachel, Richard Jr., Nathalie, Benjamin, Angelo, Toni, Jeannie, Jerry, Larry; 11 great-grandchildren, Mariah, Jordon, Isaiah, Liliana, Haylie, Anthony, Isaac, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Trinity, Anessa and many other extended family members. Mr. Woods was a member of the Catholic Church, a Veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict, and the American Legion, Post 13. Visitation will be Sunday, January 6, 2008, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 2:00 p.m. Final visitation will be from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. Monday, January 7, 2008, in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at St. Edwin Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona SW at 9:00am, Father Bill Sanchez, presider. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Wolfel, Richard Wolfel Jr., Benjamin Woods, Angelo Woods, Jerry Anaya and Larry Anaya.
