Betty M. Perrault, 84, a resident of Rio Rancho passed away Sunday, December 30, 2007 following a lengthy illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred E. Perrault of 60 years in 2003. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly A. Perrault of Rio Rancho and her son, Dennis E. Perrault of Albuquerque; sister, Marguerite Olson (Gordon) of Taylor, MI; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Marion Kanaby and Jean Betzing of Michigan. Betty was born February 25, 1923 in Wyandotte, MI. She moved to Albuquerque in 1966 from Traverse City, MI. Betty took great pride in being a homemaker. She enjoyed playing the piano and organ, getting together with friends and playing cards. The family wishes to thank the dedicated staffs of The Copper Rose Assisted Care Home and VistaCare Hospice for their compassionate care and support. There will be a Memorial Mass, Tuesday January 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. offered by Father John C. Daniel, at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in the Masoleum Chapel 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Donations in Betty's memory can be made to the VistaCare Hospice Foundation, 5639 Jefferson NE, Albuquerque NM 87109.
