Anita Jean Auerbach, 87, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2007. Anita was born March 12, 1920 the daughter of Nathan and Martha Isecoff Abeshouse in New Haven, Connecticut. She had been a registered nurse. Anita enjoyed playing bridge, was an avid reader, and a lifelong iconoclast. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Auerbach of Tuscon, AZ. Anita is survived by her daughter, Ann Lieberman; and granddaughter, Bianca Salerno. Anita's wishes were to have no services, but would like contributions to be made in her name to a charity of one's choice.
