James "Jimmy" Maute, age 44, of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2007, after a long battle with Leukemia. Jimmy was born December 23, 1963 in Buffalo, NY. He attended Eldorado High School. He was an avid golfer, loved NASCAR racing, poker, and the Buffalo Bills. Jimmy owned and operated Doc and Eddy's Sports Bar. He was a devoted husband and father and is survived by his wife, Tina; children, Taylor and Tyler; father, Jim Sr. and wife, Katie; mother, Rosemary; sister, Theresa; brothers, Billy, Bobby, and Mark; and numerous other family members. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 3, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., at Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, 6104 Taylor Ranch Rd. NW. Visitation will be Thursday, January 3, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at French Mortuary Westside Chapel.
