VIVIAN Mr. Vivian Chavez, age 74, passed away at the VA Medical Center on Saturday, December 29, 2007. He was born in Valencia, NM, served in the U.S. Army and worked as a cement finisher. Vivian is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Gloria Chavez; children, Joe Chavez and wife, Ginger, Frankie Chavez and wife, Evelyn, Ricky Chavez, Louie Chavez, Judy Anaya and husband, Chris Moya, Tommy Chavez and wife, Renee, Lawrence Chavez and Jacqueline, Matthew Chavez and Claudet; 20 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Lumina Salazar and husband Joe; brother-in-law, Manuel Moya; several loving nieces and nephews; other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Funeral Services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church, 550 Atrisco Dr. SW, on Wednesday, January 2, 2008. A Rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. with burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
