James Edward, 39, born in Cocoa Beach, Florida, went home to the Lord on Saturday, December 22, 2007, after a brief illness. James is survived, by his loving wife of seven years, Elizabeth and his precious 5 year old, Cody James; his sister, Samantha Cortez; a brother, Mark Dillion and his wife, Julie, all of Albuquerque. His mother and father-in-law, Darlene and Charlie Rice; sister-in-laws, Debbie Monahan and family, Diana Sandoval, husband Kevin and family, all from Denver,Colorado; a brother-in-law, Kurt Poole and his family; and another father-in-law, Charles Stanley Poole; and an extended family that included Ivan and Boyana Martinez; Kevin Adams and his wife, Sandy; and many nephews, nieces, and cousins. James was a die-hard Dallas Cowboy fan and was rejoicing in their great year. He was a committed member of the Believers Center of Albuquerque. He loved and enjoyed serving this church. He was also employed by the U.S. Postal Service as a city mail carrier. A special thank you to Pastor John Ross of Believers Center, for his wisdom and dedication. Thanks to those who came and visited James and for all the prayers and support. James is loved and will be greatly missed.
