Martha Jane Underwood Hann "God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be, so He put his arms around you and whispered, "Come to Me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away, and although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay." Martha Jane Underwood Hann, 80, known to almost all as "Marty", took her journey into God's arms on December 20, 2007. She was born June 7, 1927 in Crooksville, Ohio and was raised as an only child and grandchild. She was one of the first members of the Rose Society of Albuquerque. She was known for collecting antiques, seamstress abilities, needlepoint, as well as being involved in the swimming activities of her daughters. She was one of the first members of St. Johns United Methodist Church in Albuquerque.
